Account Panel > Settings

The Settings Tab contains your account information, this is also where you set your default helpdesk domain.

Account Number: This is the account number for your SupportSystem account.

Account Status: This shows the current status of your account. It should show active if your subscription is paid and overdue when your subscription invoice is unpaid.

Default Domain: Where you set the active domain for your account.

Company Name: Edit the company name for billing purposes.

Contact Name: Set the contact name we have on file for billing purposes.

Contact Email: Email to which we will send any charges or credits. PDF versions can also be found under the Account > Billing Tab.

Phone Number: The account contact phone number.

Fax Number: The account contact fax number.

Website: The website associated with this Account.
